UK Delivery

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail with full tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at k9crystalblanks@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
