1. About Us

K9 Crystal Blanks is a UK-based supplier of optical-grade K9 crystal blanks for 3D laser engraving. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page. These terms apply to all trade and retail account holders.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

There is no minimum order value — you are welcome to order as little or as much as you need. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors have occurred.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer flexible payment options through Klarna and Shop Pay Instalments, allowing you to spread the cost of larger orders while we receive full payment upfront.

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your card details.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only via Royal Mail Tracked services. Delivery times and costs vary by weight — please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at k9crystalblanks@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Unwanted Goods

We do not accept returns on unwanted goods as standard. If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request written authorisation. Goods returned without prior authorisation will be returned to the sender at their cost.

A restocking fee of 25% of the order value will be applied to all authorised returns of unwanted goods. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened, undamaged condition.

No returns will be accepted more than 7 days after the delivery date under any circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to apply a charge equivalent to any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds

Where a return or refund is authorised, we will process it within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photographic lighting and screen display differences. All crystal blanks are optical-grade K9 glass unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

K9 Crystal Blanks shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

We accept no responsibility for damage caused by improper use, storage or handling of our products after delivery.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is used solely to process and fulfil your orders and will never be sold to third parties. For full details please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
